Supporting utility-scale energy deployment through long-term storage, coordinated sequencing, and high-volume final mile execution.

Project Overview
One Source Freight Solutions supported a utility-scale energy project with seven months of secure storage and final mile delivery of 225 oversized BESS and PCS units.
Inventory was strategically staged near the project site in Salt Lake City to reduce transportation costs and support rapid deployment once installation activities began.
Over a 21-day delivery window, OSFS coordinated transport in a strict 4:1 BESS-to-PCS sequence aligned to onsite crane and installation schedules.
